Vintage, handmade, lined, midi, party skirt, made out of tissue lamé. It's as thin and lightweight as a tissue, hence the name! Pleated panel at the back Metallic Silver Handmade, no tags, but here are the approx measurements: Waist - 14.5" Hips - 20.5" Length - 28.5" GUC!
