Brand new w/ tag, never worn. Stretchy. Bust: 16" wide stretches to 23". Color is multi color in my opinion but you may see it differently so do not hold me to color please. . All Measurements are shown in pics, Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate. .
