@jami_holder hi! This is a true size 6. I am a 2/4 in Lilly except for the dresses that have the boning and are usually strapless. I assumed this was close to the same thing, but it is not. I would say this is definitely 17 to 17 1/2 inches and I will be glad to get your measurements first thing in the morning.
