💚5 for $20💚 NEW Express Floral Clip Dot Print Smocked Waist Top

Brand new with tags still attached. Never worn (only tried on). Lovely shirt with various intricate, pretty details. Beautiful and unique colors and print/design. The sleeves are “puff” sleeves (VERY subtle & not obnoxious/over the top) and they are somewhere between short and 3/4 length. Sheer (the rest of the top is not) and the bottoms are ruffled and banded. V-neck. Cinched waist (makes for a slimming effect and a flattering fit! Top is SLIGHTLY cropped. Doesn’t show much at all (which I personally prefer! Nothing too revealing! Lol).
