canadawide_liqu @mariolaowoc No, the 24cm length is from toe to heel of the outsole. From what I've searched on the internet, a 24cm insole measurement would be a size 7.5 or 8 US. In order to ship to Europe you would have to have the boots shipped to you and then you would have to arrange it yourself as Poshmark Canada does not do international shipping. Hope this helps.

canadawide_liqu @awe_no Everyone is different. These are what I would call a mid-weight boot as they are not as heavy as some winter boots we carry but are a bit weightier than most running shoes.
