Vintage floral dress by Byer Too! California. Vintage tag says size 9 but easily a S (anywhere from 0-4). The background color is black, and then there’s muted creams, purples, and pinks. Really pretty for fall time! Has a lot of life left in it (and shoulder pads) Waist: 14 inch across (28) but theres flexibility there another inch or so Length: 45 inches Pit to pit: 16 inches (again there’s some flexibility there)
