Lydia U.S.A gem bustier / corset top

So I’m not really sure if it was made like this or not , got it at a thrift store a while ago and never wear. I found a Etsy shop that looks similar to this one so I’m pretty sure it was made, the gem on the side is out of place but besides that good condition, any more questions feel free to ask!
