Hello wanted to let you know that they block my communication with you about the bag. The post office is working very hard to locate it. Postmark wanted me to go on site and report I was unhappy with item but that is not the case. What they are missing is I want my bag and it has nothing to do with money. Why the blocked our communication I have no idea.

@von2203 That is so strange. I am just so confused, upset and hope it turns up. Praying for the best outcome. But would really hope to have some answers and resolve. And, ultimately, hold someone responsible for this whether it’s mishandling or theft.

@ilovepunkie I will keep you updated. As I want my bag. I am at little peace because of the the people at the post office. Postmark thinks it about the money and it is not. I can care less about a refund when the bag is what I wanted. The post office assured me it will come up.

@von2203 It’s just so hard to imagine HOW the package was delivered, basically, EMPTY. My thoughts and prayers will be with recovering the bag and being properly delivered to you without damage of any kind!!!🙏🏻 Thank you. I would very much appreciate being kept in the loop!💗

@von2203 Question. Did you open a ticket with Poshmark Support regarding not receiving the bag? I just wanted to make sure you did so you’ll be covered for a full refund should the bag never be found/delivered. They released my funds as it is day 4 since it had been “delivered”. Please be sure to stay in close contact with PM so there’s no issues with them issuing you a refund if needed. I’m trying to stay hopeful it’ll turn up!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
