NWT Lumiere Striped Dress

Bought this in a boutique in Chicago but never ended up reaching for it. Would look so cute belted or if you’re up for a project, tailor it to make a cute top! The dress has an interior polyester lining. New with tags, unworn, size large, really nice quality.
