BCBG MaxAzria Black White polka dot cocktail dress - Size 10

Worn only a couple of times. Off white with black polka dots. Ruching and boning in the top. Black wrap around tie waist Two small holes near right side seam (one on the front side, one on the back). Hard to notice them when wearing the dress. Multiple layers of fabric in skirt (including tulle, polyester) Perfect formal/cocktail/prom/party dress. It’s a beautiful dress but I don’t need it anymore.
