This is really a stunning and elegant dress with its detailed rouching and gathers on the sleeveless bodice to the free flowing draped silk layers that cascade downward on top of the skirt. It has a feminine elegance and grace to it without being overly "princess" or gaudy. And where most designers would have put some kind of sash or cutsie cover or bow... this designer kept its edge by showing the dress a bit deconstructed and letting you see where the layers attach at the skirt.
