This sweet 6”x4 1/2” Scotty dog picture has a plastic type covering attached to the picture mounted on wood. There is an artist’s signature on the lower right side but am unable to clearly read it. Also there’s a brass hanging ring on the back. Beautiful colors. Note that the picture is pealing away on the lower edge and a 1/2” tear in the photos.
