This Akira 3X skirt is made of black stretchy material and is closed by a zipper in the back. Each side can be laced up as loosely or as tightly as you like. I’ve tried this on but never worn it out! I am selling the matching top in my shop as well!

@jennylola The circumference of the top of the skirt is 36” (the fabric is somewhat stretchy and form-fitting).
