This is a beautiful blouse by Kontrol in narrow blue and white stripes with sleeves that bell at the three quarter point. Eyelash lace in white is applied to the cuff for five “ at the cuff for beautiful effect. The blouse measures 19”/19”20” lying flat and has a curved hem. The longest point in the center is 23” and it’s 22” at the sides. So pretty.
