Vintage Hand-Painted & Signed Lucite Clamper Bracelet

Gorgeous, Vibrant Vintage Hand-Painted & Signed Lucite Clamper Bracelet. Beautiful marbled yellow Lucite, meticulously painted with a bright floral design around the entire piece. Hinge is stamped, but I can't make out what it says. Signed either Leonard or Leonora, with a last name I also can't quite read. If anyone has info on this artist/piece, I would greatly appreciate it if you would share it with me! In excellent condition!
