NWT Jade navy weave, frayed shift dress

Beautiful woven navy and black with silver shimmer dress from Jade. Bought at a boutique in South Carolina and never worn. I’m 5’2 and it hits just about the knee. Bottom and sleeves include frayed edges and may need to be trimmed as it’s worn. Fabric is heavier and has layer underneath so it’s not itchy. Buy this for your upcoming holiday parties! 🎄🎁
