This cute little guy and his dog are in great vintage condition. Bought at an estate sale -I couldn’t leave him behind. I don’t see any condition issues other than from manufacturing. There are a couple little bubbles on the base but nothing to detract from its cuteness. It appears that his bowtie has a bit of a rub where the paint isn’t complete but it is not a chip. it is 5 inches tall and 3 inches across the widest part of the base.
