All little girls love to twirl and this dress allows them to do just that. Designed and created by Sugar Plum's Children's Boutique, I take great care when hand-making each of my items. This adorable twirl dress features Bluey and Bingo on bodice and skirt and includes a matching twirl dress for all 18" dolls. Back bodice on both dresses has soft elastic to assure a perfect fit. Made from 100% cotton, dress is machine washable and very soft and comfortable for little ones to wear.
