Vintage Lilac Dress Ruffle Trim Pleated Skirt

This vintage dress is so cute and fun! The fabric is a gorgeous soft muted lilac, lavender purple, almost pinkish in some lighting. The top of the fabric is accordian pleated through the top of the skirt, such a beautiful detail. The high neck collar is finished with a sweet ruffle trim that matches the trim around the sleeves (or lack of sleeves rather). I believe this dress to be from around the 1960s based on style and materials but I am not certain, just a guess. The seams around the ruffle trim appear to be hand finished. The dress is fully lined but does have visible seams on the inside, most likely meant to be worn with a slip.
