NWT Hay Fever Underbust Mini Dress by Sugar Thrillz. Sold out on the website. Rare. This mini dress features an underbust design, bodycon fit, ruched bust, short puff sleeves, and a lace up detail in front. Could best fit a size medium to large in my opinion. Label says it’s an XXL but as someone who is normally an XL/1X, I feel that the sizing is too small for anyone who is bigger than a large.
