Good morning, I checked the inside of the shoe but the insole is attached to shoe and non removable but the shoe size is 9.5 in women

@beckyremenyi on some shoes like running shoes the insole is removable but for dress shoes these insole are permanent and the measurements I did from the outside of the insole is roughly 11 inches
