shannardollar This would be cute, im looking for items for my step son and daughter in law for when he graduates basics in June& is stationed they have a few pieces of furniture and that's all.

shannardollar @the_luna_moth he got hurt a few weeks before the first turning green, which was in December. Fell hurt his hip. But, he had his turning green & turning blue is in June. They got married dec.26, while he was home for Christmas. She was friends with my daughter as well and they are both so determined. I feel like she is one of my own lol. She's just such a good young woman. That's such a sweet coincidence!!

the_luna_moth @shannardollar That's crazy! I am glad he is all healed now. I have a daughter in law that just left Benning and took my step son to Alaska with her.. LOL He was a Marine, now he is the stay at home dad. I love to see the determination of the youngsters these days.

shannardollar @the_luna_moth YES!!! I have a younger cousin, mom and dad were drug addicts, didn't want him. Gave him to my grandparents when she had him.

shannardollar There now both in real bad shape, he was raised, with no consequences, they felt bad for him... he's 1 year younger than my step so , won't work, lives with my grandparents and a little girl stays with him, they won't help do one thing! It makes me so upset. My grandpa is now on hospice & he still won't put milk in his feeding tube, help clean... not anything!

shannardollar So, I am very proud of my stepson, worked since he was 14/15, had a steady hard working job before he left. His wife, is same way. She got a scholarship but is going to try and go to school wherever they end up. My daughter,16, goes to school and has after school/weekends job. We didn't make her, she wanted to go to work. So when I see young people doing well. I am so proud!! Because I know some great ones and I know some really I've got no idea how there going to survive in this world.

the_luna_moth @shannardollar My husband's daughter was on the same road as your cousin. She is now 30 with a daughter, owns a house and runs her own smoke shop in town. So don't count him out. LOL We really thought we would be raising our grand daughter. But they really stepped up and proved us wrong. I am very proud of all of my "children" I have 3 step kids from my ex and one step daughter from my husband. But they are all mine. Hee Hee Sorry I am getting chores done while its quiet. popping on & off

shannardollar @the_luna_moth we together have 5 kids, one of them is going down.. a rough path. I don't know how to do anything about it because I'm not the mom. And the mom let do whatever was wanted from a young age.

shannardollar @the_luna_moth I wouldn't count him out (cousin), but his biological father, my moms brother.. is exactly the same & in his 50's. So I'm not sure. My grandpas dieing, and grandmas paralyzed on right side and he yells I hate you, robs them blind. I would like to shake him til his marvels roll into place lol. But maybe.he will change its going to take something drastic.

shannardollar @the_luna_moth I am very strict on my 2, lol. And they do well in school, but of course they are teenagers and still do get a little attitude from time to time but they know that better not last long lol. I think we're blessed. We have good kids. I do worry about the 1, very much but she won't listen so I try to be a good stepmom and be here when I can. Show love.
