So sweet! Beautiful colors and unique pattern with the Russian dolls. Made by a seller on Etsy that is local to Ashburn Virginia. 100% cotton. Only noticeable where is on the pink side of the bib closest to the neckline there’s a very faint yellow staining of what was I’m sure formula but not very noticeable especially since it’s on the underside
