These used to be called Bell Shirts when I was a kid, but I guess they're calling them Shackets now! Colours remind me of the Hudson Bay striped coats.
Wool or Wool Blend material is mid-weight, not thin.
Brand: Ak-Jak, union made, most likely from the 60s/70s
No size, but it is slightly oversized on my sz6/Small mannequin. Would also work on an XS! Here are the approx measurements:
