Perry Ellis by Marc Jacobs Vintage 1993 Grunge Collection Cutout Dress

This is an original dress from the infamous 1993 Perry Ellis by Marc Jacobs collection NOT the 2018 remake Marc Jacobs Redux Grunge Collection. This is a true vintage one of a kind item. Not many pieces from this collection went into to production. It was the collection that got Marc Jacobs fired from Perry Ellis and skyrocketed his own career. Marc Jacobs remade selected pieces from his 1993 collection in 2018 and this dress was one of them. It’s a super cool grungy black cutout dress in a stretch fine mesh type fabric. It’s not sheer when on. Tag just say “P” for petite but I would say this could fit 2-4. There are a couple minor holes in the sleeves (pictured) and on the back of the skirt. Not noticeable when wearing. It’s in really good condition otherwise. I’ve seen other pieces online either sold or listed for over 10k. It’s a really cool piece that I stumbled upon and I want it to go to the right person. This is a museum worthy piece! PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING.
