These absolutely make a statement!! Ultra wide waistband can be folded over I guess-haven’t worn them. Warning….my neighbor gave me these and her house smells VERY perfumey so these pants do!! That’s a thousand times better than if she smoked right?!! I have washed some of the things she gave me and they still smell perfumey. Didn’t wash these b/c they are brand new. Waistband is 17 1/2” unstretched. Extremely stretchy. Extremely palazzo!! Hips about 23-24” lying flat. 29” inseam. Can be very dressy.
