SUPER cute Guess Black Kira Scalloped Eyelash Fringe Lace Dress! Features 3/4 sleeves and exposed gold back zip closure. Body is lined, sleeves are unlined and sheer. Fitted. There is one piece of fringe that came undone, but you could cut it to the length of the others and it wouldn't be noticeable (please see pics). No other flaws. Brand new with tags!
