Vintage Tonala Mexican Pottery Vase Blue Birds Butterflies Floral 8.5" Signed VG

Midcentury vintage Tonala Mexican Pottery Vase glazed in blue featuring a design of  birds, butterflies, and flowers.  It measures approximately 8.5" tall and 5.5" in diameter at the widest part. It is signed by the artist "VG" and marked "Mex." for Mexico. In Very Good pre-owned vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. The lip of the rim has one area that appears to have been missed when glazing but it is not discolored. The glaze has some pinholes left from air bubbles in the glaze, which is normal for this kind of pottery. Minor shelf wear on the base ring.
