It has long sleeves. It is great for the spring, the beach, fall, and vacations. It is perfect for casual wear. The dress is white. It is flowing. It has small, thin black dash, vertical stripes. It has a bow and the string has the same pattern as the fabric on the dress. The tassels are black.
