#25 Halogen leather blocked skirt

Black on black Halogen skirt in like new condition. This skirt is half real leather and half poly (feels like neoprene). Off center front zip. Incredibly chic! Nice and thick, perfect for layering in the fall or winter. Please note this runs really big, and it's hard to believe it's a petite. I'm a size 4 on a good day, and this is way too big. I added photos with measurements and on because it's such a nice skirt. I'm holding the skirt pinned in the last photo to show what I wanted it to look like.
