Beautiful Betsy Johnson teacup party gown size 4. Dress features large bow in back and an additional 4 layers of fabric underneath. Two satin layers and two tulle layers for extra fluff. This is strapless and does NOT include additional straps. Straps would be very easy to add since there is a place for them to slide into. Boning in bust area. Please go by measurements, this would probably best fit a 0 or 2
