@jhitch2012 Good Morning, The dress shirt size is a medium. It would fit a size 6 to 8. The top has an adjustable tie in the front so it can be loosened or tightened so it's very forgiving in the bust. it could probably go from a large 32 bust up to a 36 bust. Perfect condition. Thx, Ann
