@mammallama if the bracelets not closing, what you can do is gently pull up, bend the bracelet, Zircon side if you want me to post a video, I’ll show you how to fix the bracelet so it will close. All you need to do is bend the bracelet a little bit so it catches the hook where it closes. You either need to bend it up or down for it to catch that hook

@mouery yes, after you posted the video last time, I finally was able to open, but now it won’t close. 🥹 In the meantime, the other posher who never posted, got back to me the other day and posted the same video you sent me, but still can’t get it to close. Will keep try without breaking.
