Judging from label (has the "bon chic bon genre"), this is from the 90's. Size/fabric labels cut out, feels like a lightweight wool. I wear size 12 - this fits me well.
3 beautiful buttons, (xtra included) small int buttons securing them. Partially lined, Sweet crocheted floral details, Cuffed sleeves & red border detail at all edges. Notched sides
