Hi friend!
I just sold this same bag and unfortunately the buyer is unable to figure out how to open it.... I have no way to show her how. I was wondering if there was any chance you would be willing to upload a video of you opening it to your listing (I would suggest doing so for your future seller as well!! because it's super hard to explain....) thank you either way!!!

@frankie_jade hello, to open it you just push down on the lock hole to release the latch. The actual keyhole is purely decorative
