NWT Flowy floral dress

Very cute on trend loose, flowy dress from Universal Thread, new with tags/never worn. Size Small. There’s pretty drapey detail at the sleeves as well as a bit of a ruffle hem at the bottom. Great for any season. Pair with tights and/or boots for a cute fall look! Size runs a bit large/oversized. Approx. Measurements: Bust (underarm to underarm seam): 19” Length (shoulder to hem): 35”
