@joanndeborja It's 17" across but the material is stretchy knit. Great condition and i just lowered this from $40 yesterday.

@shopaddict911 oh darn! I thought the hips to be a little bit wider. I don't like them pulled and stretched across the butt. I like it to treat nicely off the butt. I wear a size 6/8 34 DD but that hip measurement seems very narrow. thank you for checking
