Beautiful black dress with shiny sheer top, crossed lapel neckline & puffy sleeves. Princess shape with full skirt and removable belt around an elastic waist. Shoulder pads with dropped shoulder seam and gemstone cuff buttons. Flattering silhouette, good vintage condition. A few small pulls in the right sleeve (pictured).
