Anthropologie open back dress

EUC open back, deep V dress. Fully lined skirt that hits mid-thigh. Very lightweight, no flaws, stains or tears. Has belt loops if you want to add a sash or belt but did not come with one. Measured flat: 19" bust (but forgiving depending how deep a V you're comfortable with) 14" waist (FYI - no stretch)
