30s Vintage Black Silk Velvet Dress w Puff Shoulders

This piece is absolutely stunning. Circa 1930s, it is a black velvet midi length dress that buttons down the front with fabric covered buttons. It has a high neckline and almost Victorian vibe. The sleeves are 3/4 length and puffed. In excellent condition considering age (80-90 years old), with no major flaws to note. Handmade with measurements in photos. Approximately a small.
