Rugrats Nickelodeon size XS 1 sweatshirt in light blue with colorful vintage looking graphics. Has a small defect *note picture. Where the thread got caught on machine it looks like so it created a little thread ball. So I’m discounting it. Perfect cozy sweatshirt still. 18 in across chest/middle. 21 in sleeve from shoulder to wrist. 22 in from neck to bottom of sweatshirt.
