elfluffer@celava3729 Thank you :) the dress is absolutely new and in flawless condition, no stains or rips. I kept it in a protective garment bag since purchase and never wore it except for trying on. It really is such a lovely item and hope it finds a new owner to give it the spotlight it deserves.
