shoebutton1954 @henry0219 looks like yes you can remove the one for the back There is a zipper inside the jacket for that It does not appear that you can take shoulders or elbows Mathis jacket is designed for riding to give you protection not as a fashion jacket so I imagine keeping it all in tact is a good idea I suppose you can cut it all out but it would ruin the jacket probs
