1970s Vintage Cocktail Party Dress

Fabulous 1970s party/cocktail dress with tiers of pleated ruffles and pleated sleeves with covered buttons. Black chiffon with satin underskirt and stitched satin belt trim (not adjustable). Made by Blaines, purchased in England. Fits modern sizes 6-8. 38” pit to pit, 37” from back of neck, sleeves 19” from underarm. In excellent condition with no flaws. Perfect for ballroom dancing.
