Stunning handmade vintage cocktail/party mini dress with “hot pants” shorts. Embossed brocade with golden chrysanthemum pattern. Fully lined shorts with elastic waist included. Front vents to show off your legs. Sheer chiffon sleeves. Handsewn back zipper. Mandarin collar. Dress is 35” pit to pit, 31” long from back of neck. Sleeve 19.5” underarm. Shorts are 28” at waist (stretched), hips 34”, length 12”. Fabric purchased in New London, CT and made for a US Navy Submarine Ball. In excellent condition with no flaws. Fits modern size 6 to 8.
