Birth affirmation cards for pregnancy and labour. Use as part of pregnancy meditation or place next to your bed for gentle everyday affirmation. These were very helpful in my birth preparation. I did not end up getting them out during labour (too quick! 😄) but you could also read/display them then or have your support person read them to you. I will include for free the oils I used for a quick and smooth labour.
