Old Navy Brown Faux Suede Skirt size 10

Previously owned and worn a handful of times. It does button up at the front, nothing wrong with the skirt other than small fray of threading (please see pictures). Size 10, super stylish for the holidays and cold weather. Faux suede has more durability than genuine suede. It is not as susceptible to water damage and is easier to clean. Item is from a smoke free home.
