Even if you decide to not buy after an offer is accepted, let us know please!! We keep a lot of hope in our hearts after offers are accepted and are highly disheartened when people vanish without letting us know about their decision to not buy. We don’t mind if you change your mind about the purchase because it can happen with anyone, myself included. Do ask us questions on any of the listings you like. Many times it slips from our mind to mention a few things and I’d be very happy to help you with any doubts!

miraithrifts@sheebachadha yeah same Low ball offers on already discounted clothes And then no reply to comments Accepted offers also they don’t respond to I did report 1-2 people Haven’t received any offers since 2 days

Mar 25Reply

miraithrifts@naina_0418 yeah I think it’s needed

Is this listing inappropriate? Report Listing

anueiehi dear..yeah...facing this issue for me too... really really when we accept the lowest offer also people vanish and don't buy... they want everything in 150-200 which is not possible for all products... i don't know why they make offers

Dec 10Reply

miraithrifts@anueie hii Yes exactly I receive such unbelievable offers sometimes And after I accept so many people just vanish They don’t even care to reply to my comments on their bundles It’s just so upsetting

Dec 10Reply

miraithrifts@evatiara hey! Welcome to poshmark 💗 Not at all! All of the poshers have been facing this issue! I don’t know how the admin can help but something needs to be done for sure 🙄

Dec 12Reply

niketam3340Very True Ria, Many of them looks they're doing a time pass here. after sending an offer we accept then they don't buy. again after 2-3 days they send an offer and do timepass. and few of them are simply sending offer which is not even the seller's product buying cost. if we reject. again there sending same offer. people should really understand this business we are not here to play.

Dec 13Reply

miraithrifts@niketam3340 exactly!! Just yesterday someone put items worth 1650 in their bundle and offered 600 for that… I mean it’s just insulting! They’re not considering our efforts at all! Sourcing, cleaning, ironing, packing, photography, most people here are a one person army!! How are these offers even justified?

Dec 13Reply

niketam3340@riamadhwani I think this poshmark should stop this sending offers for a person who's simply sending. after collecting their data.

Dec 13Reply

miraithrifts@niketam3340 yeah, this could be done!! I mean even if you’ve changed your mind, let us know right? How difficult is it!

Dec 13Reply

thriftswithlove@riamadhwani 💯💯 I guess most of the sellers face this and it is very irritating, this goshting behavior by the buyers is not fair🥺

Dec 13Reply

thriftswithloveghosting*

Dec 13Reply

miraithrifts@ritupatil_37 it isss So annoying!! And I think I need to post another listing dedicated to unreasonable offers too!

Dec 13Reply

thriftswithlove@riamadhwani 2 week back in Posh n Sip Pune event the host brought up this thing and it is a problem faced by every seller here, so they were like we will come up with some solution Hope they do something about it soon

Dec 13Reply

miraithrifts@ritupatil_37 oh great!! It’s in everyone’s attention at least! I hope they come up with something soon!

Dec 13Reply

shivanitamang77It’s been a month since I joined Poshmark and I think 10-15 buyers have just vanished on me after I’ve accepted there offer. Thank you for acknowledging this problem 🌼

Jan 01Reply

miraithrifts@shivanitamang77 that’s just unacceptable behaviour right! I don’t know what’s the problem in just letting us know if they’ve changed their mind! I see them active on pm but not reply to the comments also. It’s very weird. i think the only thing we can do is accept it and move on.

Jan 01Reply

shivanitamang77@riamadhwani exactly they just want to pass their time or something by wasting our time. It’s just draining!

Jan 01Reply

suru227@shivanitamang77 actually it is draining 😞 and mentally Jarring. The roadside offers 🙂 the audacious counter offers🌚 .The Vanishing part is so on point.

Jan 18Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 @shivanitamang77 totally get it Mentally and emotionally exhausting And most of them don’t even have the decency to reply to comments What I’ve been seeing recently is that everyone just wants everything at 50% of the listing price even though the listing price is also discounted 😕

Jan 18Reply

suru227@riamadhwani Exactly slash 50% on the listing price this is so accurate .You simply cannot put something on 50% discount.some are notorious bargainers . Mrp 100 Listing 50 Offer 25 after PM commission 18.75 🙄 So you end up giving an 82% discount in short. 🙂 I cannot even tell you my offers I got as low as 125₹ lol🤣

Jan 18Reply

gari231i will agree with u r post even though they are new with price tag also they are asking for 200 to 500 after all comission charges and other charges i am not getting price for which i bought

Jan 19Reply

gari231even they are new with price tag asking for 500 after all charges i am getting 350rs first of all they have to reduce shipping charges etc and they should change offer option

Jan 19Reply

bhumika4uintrue

Jan 19Reply

unsjewelSo damn true

Jan 19Reply

unsjewel@anueie even if I give them in 200 they still vanish

Jan 19Reply

unsjewel@evatiara hi welcome to Poshmark

Jan 19Reply

sysharather555@noorisa exactly dear

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 yeah exactly We end up with minimal amount Don’t know what’s wrong with people here

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@gari231 yeah that’s true A lot of commission is charged, after that gst and tds I feel the offer option needs to be modified and offers should be controlled Like people shouldn’t be allowed to send 50% offers only

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@noorisa wow I’ve toh witnessed cases where I’ve accepted the buyers offer and still they vanish

Jan 19Reply

gari231@riamadhwani even they are low price also they are bargaining

Jan 19Reply

unsjewel@riamadhwani honestly, I have five offers in such a way that they have been accepted by me yet still, the buyer has vanished. And they have sent the offer on another product after 2 to 3 months.

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@noorisa i really dont know how to deal with people anymore One person asked my last price first, enquired everything after that and then said it’s not in her budget 😅

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@gari231 yes that also happens Don’t really know how to keep my calm these days

Jan 19Reply

unsjewel@riamadhwani one asked me to sell something to get for 200. I agreed and then she said it’s not her size 😂 people are too much honestly

Jan 19Reply

miraithrifts@noorisa wow! I mean isn’t size the first thing one looks at while buying?? Just wow

Jan 19Reply

skaclosetVery true 💯

Jan 20Reply

chhikaramannu45right to say dear

Jan 20Reply

a__starYou said it. Am sharing this ❤️

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa i know right!! Happens too often to ignore

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@chhikaramannu45 @skacloset I feel you guys totally!!

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani Every single day. And i was just about to post something like this 2 days back. The worst is when they negotiate hard and then disappear on you 🤦🏻‍♀️

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa honest to god! Just today I accepted two offers from the same person and she didn’t buy anything And this month has been really bad for me personally Very few offers, even fewer sales 😓

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani I feel you. I was just discussing this with someone else just 2-3 days back. Don’t lose hope. If nothing else we’ll buy off each other’s stuff 😹😹😹 Also I think we just need to keep adding more to our closet? 🤷‍♀️ God knows what works!

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa I thought I was the only one facing this omg And I kinda agree with you Need to list more now I stopped listing because sales dropped But it could be that sales dropped because I stopped listing also

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani that’s why I added a few things in the last 5 days. I don’t know I’ve gained more followers but buyers have gone down 😹 Made a sale after a week btw. And yesterday was a day of cancellations. Someone was going on buying and cancelling 😳😨

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa yes followers I’m also gaining But not buyers Omg really? Just block this person 😳🙄 I also made a sale yesterday after like a week I hope it gets better once we start listing more

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani hope so too!! ☺️☺️ I blocked, I reported. Now it’s stopped but in the process i gained 1% on their cancelled transactions 😹 Also I totally second that Poshmark shouldn’t allow offers less than 50%! And please do dedicate a post on “low ball offers” Tired of receiving offers of 4400 on new MK bags listed at 12500 🤦🏻‍♀️. I had two buyers who added stuff worth 22,000-25,000 to their cart and offered me 2000 on the bundle 😹

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa hahaha Atleast something good came out of it, but what is 1% really 😂 I’ll surely do a post soon My god that’s just so disrespectful and like infuriating Do people even think before offering? Or are they just having fun here, why would you give it for so cheap 😭 Kuch bhi karte hain log sachi!

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani so there was watch listed at 17.5K, they did 5 transactions from different accounts. Each time they cancelled I got 175/- 😹. It went up to 7 with 2 other items. People are mad. They think it’s a scrapyard sale. It gets better. People keep asking me for bills of used products. I mean why would I ?!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa but poshmark would definitely charge this cancellation from the buyer only no? Why would the buyer do thisssss Hahahaa why would you keep bills for the items you’re using 😂

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani I guess the buyer didn’t know the rules 😹🤷‍♀️. And why my account got targeted I have no idea. I felt creeped out honestly. They probably expect you to keep a treasure box of bills so you can look at them every now and then; and celebrate your expenses. 🙈

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa but they bought from 5 different accounts na? They would’ve known about the deduction the first time 😂 Hahahaha my my Amazing people out there

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani That is what’s so creepy no ! 🙈

Jan 22Reply

miraithrifts@neyhaaa uff I get it yes Hopefully it doesn’t happen again 🤞🏻

Jan 22Reply

a__star@riamadhwani ✌️

Jan 22Reply

suru227@neyhaaa there were some glitches 🙈 regarding cancellation blah blah .. @riamadhwani @neyhaaa Letting you know guys I am in the same boat 🌚 not really the same but yeah .. Overall a bad month lol 🤣 and I seriously hate this road side negotiation skills 🫠 oh my god !!

Jan 22Reply

a__star@suru227 🙌🙈🤦🏻‍♀️ so annoying. Such a waste of time and energy!

Jan 22Reply

suru227@neyhaaa like literally but yeah I have seen two or three Sellers doing great idk how👻( just my observation as I have nothing else to do coz 🫣) idk not sure !

Jan 22Reply

a__star@suru227 hahahha… same feeling. I’ve been observing too and I wonder if we are the chosen ones? 🤷‍♀️🙈

Jan 22Reply

suru227@neyhaaa may be its algorithm idk . 🫣.

Jan 23Reply

a__star@suru227 yes exactly !

Jan 23Reply

suru227@neyhaaa i didn't get any goodies either or any Dispatch materials( idk what specific exactly) 🌚

Jan 23Reply

a__star@suru227 are we suppose to? 😮

Jan 23Reply

suru227@neyhaaa 🌝Yes !

Jan 23Reply

a__star@suru227 🥹🥹

Jan 23Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 oh it was a glitchhh It indeed a bad month

Jan 23Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 even I didn’t get any goodies 🙄

Jan 23Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 i think everyone got dispatch materials, some stickers, a tote bag

Jan 23Reply

suru227@riamadhwani Yeah ..

Jan 23Reply

suru227@riamadhwani 🫥 pm India replied on one of my comments saying " dispatched in batch of 100 " so I think it will reach but when idk 🙈

Jan 23Reply

miraithrifts@suru227 ohhh pm also posted last month no that there are like close to 100 PM Ambassadors only Now the number would’ve increased But I think we’ll get ours when it’s 200 maybe

Jan 23Reply

suru227@riamadhwani Ah I see yeah yeah you're right maybe that's the case .. I heard somewhere that you will get goodies after 3 months of becoming PA ..idk

Jan 23Reply

active_ranger@riamadhwani yeah

Jan 25Reply

karamdeepsransome Guys don't buy even after we accept their offers also doing just time pass here.

Jan 29Reply

miraithrifts@karamdeepsran yeah that happens I think they should atleast just let us know that they’ve changed their mind Like a few people do reply to the comments and tell me that they’ve found a better deal or that the size is wrong or whatever But that’s like 2-3 out of sooo many people

Jan 29Reply

karamdeepsran@riamadhwani some think that we have got our goods for free. and selling them at huge profits they don't consider how difficult it is to source things clean them take pics post them and then they offer 700 for 10000 worth of item.

Jan 29Reply

miraithrifts@karamdeepsran yepp They really don’t consider these things And then they act snarky when we point it out But 700 on 10,000? You really got such an offer? I would have lost it completely on seeing that offer

Jan 29Reply

karamdeepsran@riamadhwani i daily reject more than 20 offers like that daily. There are some guys who only comment on posts they never buy anything. Even if you accept their offers then even they will not buy

Jan 29Reply

sparkle_3184soo relatable 🥲🤌

Jan 30Reply

jo9374I agree , people are asking for 200,300 rs and from That also Poshmark takes money . I bought a zara bag for 2500 and it was very new and never used still People asked for 800 and 500 rs can’t believe !

Jan 30Reply

jo9374Copying this :)

Jan 30Reply

miraithrifts@jo9374 yeah I know Making high value bundles and then sending low offers is very common But with time I’m just learning to accept it as part of the whole experience You can’t really help it Sure, repost so that it reaches more people dude!

Jan 30Reply

mycloset191@anueie exactly i agree

Feb 01Reply

mycloset191@riamadhwani been happening with me also 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ i guess we all are in the same boat...some buyers offer 300 for the price of 1500/- and i am like take it free..what is the need to pay 300 also 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Feb 01Reply

mycloset191@riamadhwani copying your post ..need to put up on my account also if it helps . 😅😅

Feb 01Reply

miraithrifts@naazkamboj hahahaha yeah These low ball offers are getting too much now Sure, better reach is necessary for these things

Feb 03Reply

ishikahot6Yes exactly 😢

Feb 07Reply

gayatrivayalthat's true, even i m facing this kind of issues

Feb 07Reply

miraithrifts@gayatrivayal don’t know why they just can’t let us know Some don’t reply to the comments but will keep on countering to the offers

Feb 07Reply

gayatrivayal@riamadhwani i think we have to stop offering offers ....

Feb 07Reply

miraithrifts@gayatrivayal us making initial offer is still okay when we want to clear out stock Because i did send offers to clear out winter stock, a few people did actually buy also

Feb 07Reply

miraithrifts@saumyargsj ma’am kindly go and do some research on what thrift stores are, they are definitely not for selling their “extra stuff”. You think the thrift stores on i n s t a owned thousands of pieces that they’ve sold in the last two years? Seriously? And whatever rate I decide is my problem If you can’t afford it, it’s okay Don’t come and throw shade on someone’s business without knowing an iota about it

Feb 13Reply

thriftswithlove@saumyargsj Then a profile on such platforms when you don't agree with the thrift concept and the price displayed by the sellers. it's the sellers choice to price something they think that the listing is worth it, who can afford and has a taste in brands will buy it, and here are thousands of buyers and sellers who support each other. or else there are even street shops where you can buy them at cheap rate. So kindly do not be so rude and ruin anyone's day

Feb 13Reply

saumyargsj@miraithrifts um. it's exactly that. the purpose is never to make money. I think you need to do some research before ranting about people not buying second hand stuff at first hand prices. and you should not be wondering about what I can afford because that's not your problem. again the same point. stop making everything a business to generate money

Feb 13Reply

miraithrifts@saumyargsj you worry about your life How i price my stuff is honestly upto me You don’t know the kind of offers we receive here and it’s not just me who faces that issue Have a good day! Thanks for stopping by!

Feb 13Reply

miraithrifts@thriftswithlove exactly dude! I mean it’s literally my decision and my choice to list at these prices because of reasons she doesn’t even know! If she doesn’t agree with the prices that’s okay, would she go out to a big showroom and tell them these things? I highly doubt 😂

Feb 13Reply

saumyargsj@miraithrifts great. keep ranting!

Feb 13Reply

classymissy19@miraithrifts yes mostly people are not Indians who are following.. dnt know How and Why..

Feb 14Reply

miraithrifts@classymissy19 yeah happened with me too 😂 What’s the point when we can’t hold international transactions 💁🏻‍♀️

Feb 15Reply

sandeepkour749anyone who wants to buy gown dresses pls check my closet

Mar 01Reply

sparkle_3184copying this 🥲

Mar 02Reply

miraithrifts@sparkle_3184 sure sure 🤗

Mar 02Reply

naina_0418Thank you for bringing this up, we should all actually petition to Poshmark, to ban buyers who make offers and then disappear. There are so many times that they will ask questions, go back and forth and then literally ghost you. It’s such a waste of the seller’s time too.

Mar 24Reply

miraithrifts@naina_0418 yepp Has been happening even more often now I receive very few offers, some days no offers at all And the offers I receive are either too low or even I have accepted the offer, the buyers have vanished I simply don’t know why suddenly the activity is so low on poshmark

Mar 24Reply

naina_0418@miraithrifts I agree, it has really gone down

Mar 24Reply

naina_0418@sheebachadha

Mar 25Reply

sheebachadha@naina_0418 -I totally agree with you Naina! I’m beyond frustrated ! I receive 2/3 very low offers almost everyday - sometimes I accept just out of sheer frustration but those are also not honoured !! Some of the buyers get so rude & aggressive and literally demand 75% off on listed prices which are already 40/50% discounted from original purchase prices ! I now just block these buyers and report them for harassment !

Mar 25Reply

naina_0418@sheebachadha @miraithrifts we should get together and petition to PM on low balling specifically

Mar 25Reply

sheebachadha@naina_0418 - I have already done it ! Sent them a long note !! You girls should do the same !

Mar 25Reply

miraithrifts@naina_0418 yeah I think it’s needed
