Prada black doctors bag/satchel with lock on top and hidden keys to open. Pebbled leather. This is a genuine bag purchased in France approximately 2005. Can't remember exact price anymore. I hadn't carried this for awhile and it was stored in climate controlled closet. There is a couple impressions on the bottom see pictures from storage. Pet/smoke free home.

@tamarisj it did not come with a long strap. There is no where to hook one even if you had another. It is made like an old fashion doctor bag when they made house calls.
