BRAND NEW WITH TAGS (attached additional bag of buttons) MODCLOTH brand semi sheer dress. It’s in a semi sheer black with a red and white striped print that resemble candy canes they create adorable hearts. Around the neckline are tiny little gatherings that are so feminine and fun. These is a key hole opening at the top and then there are further adorable cloth covered buttons down to the elastic waistline. Alongside of the buttons down the front are a series of pleating on either side. The sleeves are capped and the left side has an invisible zipper for easy access. It measures 18” armpit to armpit, 15” at the stretchy waistline and is 38.5” in length. Size large.
